How to eliminate the micro-bubbles produced by liquid silicone when stirring?
Liquid silicone with a viscosity below 10,000cps typically does not form bubbles when cured at room temperature. Bubbles are more likely to occur at high temperatures, as lower temperatures slow the curing process and reduce bubbles. If you want to eliminate all microfoam, you can mix Part A and Part B, put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and then continue curing at room temperature. However, please ensure that you seal the silicone before placing it in the freezer as water can affect the curing process of silicone. If possible, using a vacuum pump to remove bubbles is the most effective method.
